As of March 2025, Coursera has welcomed over 175 million learners worldwide, including more than 4.5 million in the UK. By joining forces, we’re extending the University of Cambridge’s world-renowned expertise to a truly global classroom.
What’s new to Coursera: courses and specialisations
The platform will be launching 13 of our part-time, online courses spanning finance, psychology, law, and AI. Each course is designed to deliver practical, real-world skills for the future of work. The first of these courses, Foundations of Finance, is now live, as is the first Specialization, The Science of Mind and Decision Making.
